Hi! I have a concern with regards to my coolant overflow tank (http://www.drivewire.com/part/cooling-system/coolant-recovery-tank/). It seems to be bubbling, but the strange thing is, the car isn't overheating. Any response would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
