i hope i am not yet too late. i am number six. well anyway, back to the topic. in my own opinion, i really think that 240sx is better than the old version 200sx. what are your thoughts about this?

i was told that if you are to try and put and sr20det in an american made 240sx and plan on driving it on the streets and register it that it is illegal to run the sr20det in the 240 because it wasnt offered in the 240 in the american market...can anyone clarify this...because the fellas that told me this are fairly trustworthy seeing as they import right hand drive cars to the us and convert them to left hand drive...etc etc etc...because i wanted to run a s14 with an rb26dett but was told i couldnt legally do that in a street registered car in cali but could if it was a race car in general...
